Your 14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, email us at hello@pichiteca.com within that period stating that you wish to return your order. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.

Conditions

Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging where possible. For hygiene reasons, feeding products (bowls, mats, feeders) that have been used cannot be returned unless faulty. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described — in those cases we cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Once we receive your return (or you provide proof of sending it), we will refund the full price of the items plus the original standard shipping cost, using your original payment method, within 14 days.

Legal guarantee

Independently of the right of withdrawal, all products sold to consumers in Spain benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years under Spanish consumer law. If a product is defective or does not conform to its description, contact us at hello@pichiteca.com and we will repair, replace, or refund it as provided by law.

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with a photo of the item and packaging — we will send a replacement or full refund straight away. No need to return the damaged item unless we ask.
