Where we ship

We currently ship to Spain (Peninsula and Baleares), Portugal, and France. More EU destinations are coming soon.

Costs and timeframes

Standard shipping is free on orders over €40. For orders below this, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment. Orders are dispatched from warehouses located in the European Union. Typical delivery time is 3–7 working days from dispatch, depending on destination. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs

Because orders ship from within the EU, no customs charges or import fees apply to deliveries within the EU.

Issues with delivery

If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 working days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email hello@pichiteca.com and we'll chase it immediately. Lost parcels are always replaced or refunded — you will never bear the cost of a parcel that doesn't arrive.
